Another week of menu planning, hooray! I remembered that it had to be done yesterday. And lo and behold, once today hit.. I forgot about it. It seems like I would have spent last night looking for recipes for the week, since I'm already tired of the same ol' same ol'. It's going to take a while to put this week together!
Thursday-Old Fashioned Goulash, Garlic Toast
Friday-Ranch Chicken Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Spinach**I will be using ground beef**
Saturday-Italian Meatball Soup and Salad
Sunday- Pot Roast, courtesy of The Pioneer Woman Cooks
Monday- Sausage Gravy and Biscuits, Eggs **I will be making a couple of pancakes for T-Bone for this one, he loves his sausage gravy over them
Tuesday- Stuffed Cabbage **T-Bone request of the week
Wednesday-Leftovers
As you will notice, a lot of recipes are linked this week! And most of them have previously been tried by my family, so I'm not shooting in the dark with them, having to wonder if my family will eat it. We especially love the Italian Meatball Soup.
Most of these can be found on an awesome website, 400 Five Ingredient Recipes. I found myself over there last year when I was trying to make it through on less than $200 a week. It was rough, but that site helped out enormously!
I will also be making a dessert that will probably last all week (for me anyway) since T-Bone isn't OVERLY fond of it. That's ok, more for me lol.
Crockpot Caramel Rice Pudding. As a side note, this dish is not all creamy and pudding-ish. It is more of a sticky rice, but it is oh so good!
Okay, I'm tired of thinking about food. Now I'm hungry. Off to munch!

If you like Animal, then we'd get along.
I am a little leary of the people who simply say Kermit or Fozzy Bear without taking the time to consider the other more unique muppets.
Animal is edgy and a life of the party kind of guy. For you to like him means either you are a party animal or you like to live vicariously through others - either way, you rock!

A gonzo lover can go either way.... the gonz loer tends to have a good heart, is snesitive and cheers for the underdog. But the gonzo lover alos likes to live live on the edge (once in a while but not too much!) A gonzo lover is willing to face challenges for the love of his life but doesnt always feel worthy of that love...
